For a request:

Send and email to [email protected] with the subject (REQUEST INFO)
Include any info you know like: manufactures name / collection name / where you bought it. If you aren’t sure of your collection name or just want us to verify it for you, send the info you do know along with a digital picture. Include the cushions if you still have them. Also the pieces you have in that collection( ex: chaise, loveseat, Dinning chairs, etc). If you know the fabric you want include that if not I will give you a price for the different fabrics so yo can decide later. Send your ship to address so I can calculate freight for you.

Include your address and a list of the names you would like to see. If you are trying to coordinate with some patterns let us know and we can try to send the exact ones since we see them in person and every monitor won’t always show true color.
SOME REQUESTS LIKE SAMPLES WILL BE PROCESSED IMMEDIATELY AND QUOTES AND ORDERS WILL BE RESPOND TO USUALLY WITHIN 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS DEPENDING ON THE VOLUME.

If you think you are ready to order:

Send us an email to [email protected] with the subject (READY TO ORDER)
Send us the Collection name and the pieces you have along with the fabric you wish to have them made in. This doesn’t have to be the final color you can change later. It will just allow us to have a starting point. Once a customer service rep contacts you they can go over the options. If you are wanting coordinating colors they will be able to help you with that upon placing the order. We know the exact coordinating colors for the fabrics if you wish to waive the right to free samples and get the order going. Finally send us your ship to information so we can pull the exact freight costs and have that ready for you. Let us know any other questions you have and we will address them at the time of the order.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies: Any item can be returned for a refund as long as it is a stock item and nothing custom has been done to it. The customer will be responsible for paying the freight only as long as the product is still in good condition and has not been used.
