If you read the Info below it will help you navigate and understand how to locate the correct cushions for your set and it will go over some of your options and will answer some of the frequently asked questions.

First off we are not Hampton Bay. We are one of the largest cushions manufactures in the US and have been in business for over 30 years.
We have copied the Hampton Bay cushions and have exact templates to work off of to make replacements.
Hampton Bay products where made in China and for most of the sets there are no solutions for replacement cushions other than going through a cushion company like ours.
We won’t have the same fabric so you are going to have to have to choose from one of the fabrics we offer on our view fabrics page. The beginning colors you are going to see (this section is only visible subject to availability) which are going to be the cheapest price are limited and when they are gone they are gone. Below the limited clearance priced fabrics there around 200 Sunbrella fabrics that you can have the cushions made in for at a 30% upcharge. All of the fabrics carry the same durability. The 2 brands we use are SUNBRELLA and OUTDURA which are the absolute best material made for outdoor use. In most cases your cushions will last 3-4 times as long as your originals.
You may see your original fabric in the pictures and we show those so you can identify the name of the collection you have.
If you don’t see your collection on the webpage or you just want to make sure you have the correct set just email me a picture of what you have and let me identify it for you. I do have collections that aren’t shown on the website templated.

A lot of people ask if our cushions are thicker or about the stuffing. We don’t make the cushions thicker because the cushions size for most of the sets is the right scale for the furniture. We do in fact use better quality foam and it will help with the longevity of the insides.
Samples are available by just emailing me at the email above or fill out the contact foam on the webpage. Just list your selections and your address. Remember the first group of fabrics you are going to be viewing are limited and could run out by the time you get your samples. So make sure you order a few just in case some are unavailable. The fabrics that are 30% upcharge will not run out and will be available all year.
This is a made to order product so there is no guaranteed ship time but most order ship in appox: 2 ½ weeks.
Some people struggle with the cost of a good quality cushion. If you find a fabric in the less expensive fabrics (the first section on the fabric page) you are getting a wholesale cost for the cushions. The reason I created this program is because I kept hearing over and over how well built the frames are. Buying good quality cushions is going to be similar to buying 3 new sets of cushions of similar quality to your originals. Which is what you will get if you go out and buy a new set from another department store.
Shipping depends on zip code and quantity and we can get that for you when you are ready to place your order.
There is no tax unless you are purchasing this item and you live in Florida.

When you are ready to order you can either give us a call or email us all of your information bill to ship to address and what you would like to order and someone will contact to get a credit card and give you your total cost including shipping. We don’t recommend sending your credit card in an email. We don’t have on line check out because shipping is too hard to calculate because of all of the different kinds of combinations people order.
How long does it take to ship out? It takes approximately 10-14 days to make and ship out orders. Please allow up to 3-4 weeks for shipping during our peak summer months since all orders are custom made to order. Thanks!

How do I order fabric samples?

We at the Quality Cushion Factory realize that you may have questions regarding the quality, texture and color variations of our/any fabric you are viewing on the internet. We also understand that due to some monitors having different color variations or brightness due to the brand or age of the monitor or computer, leave many customers wanting to view fabrics in person before ordering. Please visit our fabric section and email [email protected] with the color sample names and your address and we will get them out free of charge.

Is using my Credit Card online safe?

YES, we run all orders through Authorize.net which is the most secure online SSL 256 bit encryption payment center on the internet! Your credit card information is never collected to be placed anywhere for hold, it is ran in the Authorize.net database directly and automatically discarded.

How long will my order take to process?

Due to all orders being custom made for the customer, orders are usually processed and shipped within 10-14 business days. Please allow up to 3-4 weeks for custom orders to ship if we are in the summer months (peak of the season). If the order is a rush order and you need to check on the status you are welcome to call in and we can tell you where it is in production (fabric cutting process, sewing process, etc) and you will receive a tracking number once the order is shipped, always keeping you up to date!
